Aloha and welcome,

This is my first attempt at trying to get some news out to you.  It is amazing what things I can find to do while away from the shop.  Yes I am on the mainland to attend the Fancy Food Show as well as work in getting more favorable shipping of product to our wonderful paradise. 

I wanted to get this posted so you, our treasured customer, can ask me to source the gourmet provisions you find missing for your culinary needs.  If there is any ingredient, utensil or knowledge source you would like for me to try to locate for you please do not hesitate to e-mail me personally at johnpaul@johnpaulfinefoods.com. I will do my best to help you with your culinary adventures.

In the meantime stop by and taste all the wonderful creations Jennifer, Tarah, Deborah, Kelly and Elise have presented in our chef's case.  There seems to be no boundaries to their creative talent. Also note that Deborah has been cooking for you for more than a year now!  Thanks Deborah we may have starved without you.
